I noted that Caspian Holdings, PLC invested recently in a company called Black Gold of Kentucky, Inc, a USA ghost company registered in the state of Delaware. Please note that there is no information whatsoever available for public scrutiny regarding Black Gold of Kentucky. I found this to be extremely strange. Is this allowed under the London Stock Exchange rules? To me this smells like a scam to raise money. Be careful of this company.
